About the Role
Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a proactive, friendly, and customer-focused Social Media Enquiry Management Executive to manage enquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, website, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the confidence to recommend suitable products while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Enquiry Management
- Handle customer enquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, website, and other social media platforms.
- Respond to enquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, gift hampers, and customization options.
- Provide product suggestions and gifting ideas based on customer requirements, budget, and occasion.
- Prepare quotations and explain product details, pricing, branding options, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with customers regularly to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, accounts, packing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain enquiry records, quotations, customer details, and follow-up schedules.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Deliver friendly, polite, and professional customer service through chat, calls, and social media.
- Maintain quick response times across all communication channels.
Additional Responsibilities
- Be available to respond to important customer messages, WhatsApp chats, emails, and phone calls after office hours whenever required, especially for urgent enquiries, last-minute orders, or high-value customers.
- During festive seasons, promotional campaigns, and bulk order periods, be willing to work additional hours or weekends whenever required.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer commitments are completed on time.
- Maintain professionalism, a positive attitude, and excellent communication at all times.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Basic Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Friendly, polite, and professional communication skills through chat, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Strong customer service, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to recommend suitable products instead of simply collecting customer requirements.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Experience in customer support, social media management, sales, retail, or enquiry management is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
