Role Overview
The (ASE) is a field-based individual contributor responsible for scaling product distribution and driving sustained usage of Innoviti products across an assigned area. The role owns merchant performance, repeat transactions, and GTV growth for Link and Genie products.
Key Responsibilities
∙ Drive expansion of merchant distribution within the assigned area ∙ Increase product penetration across existing merchants
∙ Drive repeat usage and transaction frequency to grow GTV
∙ Execute sales programs, schemes, and local activation initiatives ∙ Ensure effective rollout of new product launches
∙ Maintain strong relationships with key retailers
∙ Track performance metrics and provide regular field-level insights
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
∙ Active merchant base
∙ Month-on-month GTV growth
∙ Product-wise penetration per merchant
∙ Area-level achievement against targets
Candidate Profile
∙ Total experience: min 5 years (for ASE), min 2 years (for ASO) ∙ Relevant experience: Minimum 75% in tyre field sales
∙ Current designation: ASE / ASO
∙ Proven ability to drive sustained sales performance
∙ Strong territory and relationship management skills
Stability Requirement
∙ Minimum 1.5 years in current organization
∙ Minimum 2 years in previous organization
Other Requirements
∙ Language: Local language + basic English+ basic Hindi (preferable) ∙ Working model: Field role, 6 days/week, 11am- 8 pm
∙ Compensation: Fixed + incentive
