Requirements:
- Graduation preferred (Plus Two with relevant experience may be considered).
- Experience : 3–6 years in Agency Sales, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor advisor productivity and business performance.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high performing insurance service.
- Build strong customer and partner relationships.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
