Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and happy.
- Teach basic concepts such as numbers, letters, colors, shapes, and simple words.
- Use play-based learning methods like storytelling, rhymes, games, and art activities.
- Develop social skills such as sharing, cooperation, and communication.
- Observe and assess children’s progress in learning and behavior.
- Maintain classroom discipline in a gentle and supportive way.
- Communicate with parents about their child’s development and needs.
- Organize activities like celebrations, field trips, and group events.
