Job Overview
Trishveda Retail Pvt. Ltd is looking for an energetic and target-driven B2B Sales Executive to develop and expand our business in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) segment. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and be passionate about building customer relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new HORECA customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, caterers, and institutional buyers.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and product sampling activities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and deliveries.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HORECA, FMCG, food & beverage, or institutional sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-orientated approach.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel within Ludhiana and nearby areas.
