Prince Polymers, a leading manufacturer of plastic crates and industrial packaging solutions, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Sales Administration to support our sales operations and ensure seamless coordination between customers, the sales team, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing and execution.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, order status, and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, presentations, and performance reports.
- Handle customer communications and resolve routine queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales data and ensure proper documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG company.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
