Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, provide information about products/services, and convert potential customers into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company information clearly.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and appointments.
- Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries professionally.
Requirements
- Graduate/12th pass in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Pleasant and confident personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
