Job Description – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Position Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, profitability, and growth of CosmoDrive. The CEO shall oversee all business functions including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Customer Experience, Legal Compliance, and Dealer Principal responsibilities while ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.
The CEO will be fully accountable for achieving the company's business objectives, maintaining healthy cash flow, maximizing profitability, and building a high-performance organization.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Leadership
- Lead and manage the complete operations of CosmoDrive.
- Develop and execute annual business plans and growth strategies.
- Drive revenue growth and improve profitability across all branches.
- Monitor overall business performance through KPIs and MIS reports.
- Identify new business opportunities, expansion plans, and strategic partnerships.
2. Sales Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies for retail, institutional, and fleet customers.
- Improve conversion ratios from enquiries to deliveries.
- Monitor branch-wise performance and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
3. Service Operations
- Ensure efficient workshop operations across all service centers.
- Improve customer retention through quality after-sales service.
- Monitor technician productivity and workshop efficiency.
- Reduce turnaround time for repairs.
- Ensure warranty claims are processed promptly.
4. Spare Parts & Inventory
- Maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Reduce dead stock and improve inventory turnover.
- Ensure timely ordering of vehicles, accessories, and spare parts.
- Minimize stock shortages while controlling inventory costs.
5. Financial Management
- Prepare and manage annual budgets.
- Monitor profitability and operating expenses.
- Ensure healthy working capital and cash flow.
- Review daily collections, payments, bank balances, and outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, finance companies, and statutory authorities.
- Develop cost-control initiatives without compromising customer service.
6. Human Resource Management
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing employees.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews.
- Implement incentive and appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Build a positive, ethical, and performance-oriented culture.
7. Marketing & Brand Development
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns.
- Strengthen the CosmoDrive brand across Kerala.
- Develop digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Organize roadshows, corporate sales programs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Build strong relationships with local communities and business organizations.
8. Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Improve online ratings and customer feedback.
- Build long-term customer loyalty through superior service.
9. Dealer & Manufacturer Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with vehicle manufacturers.
- Participate in dealer meetings and training programs.
- Negotiate dealer incentives, warranty support, and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership requirements.
10. Legal & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including:
- Labour Laws
- GST Regulations
- Motor Vehicle Rules
- Pollution and Environmental Regulations
- Shop & Establishment Rules
- Fire and Safety Regulations
- Company Policies
- Coordinate statutory audits and regulatory inspections.
11. Branch Management
- Supervise all branch operations.
- Conduct regular branch visits and operational reviews.
- Standardize processes across locations.
- Ensure profitability of each branch.
12. MIS & Reporting
Prepare and review:
- Daily Sales Report
- Collection Report
- Cash Flow Statement
- Inventory Report
- Workshop Performance Report
- Customer Satisfaction Report
- Monthly Profit & Loss Statement
- KPI Dashboard
Present performance reports to the Partners every month.
Decision-Making Authority
The CEO shall have authority to:
- Recruit employees within approved budgets.
- Approve operational expenditures within delegated financial limits.
- Negotiate with vendors, banks, finance companies, and service providers.
- Implement operational policies and procedures.
- Recommend business expansion, investments, and strategic initiatives to the Partners.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8–12 years of senior management experience in automobile, EV, or retail dealership operations.
- Proven experience managing multi-location operations.

Pay: ₹24,504.09 - ₹50,000.00 per month
