Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Executive to independently manage our Flipkart seller account operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub and end-to-end account management, along with the ability to guide and support junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on Flipkart Seller Hub, including order processing, returns, and account health monitoring
- Handle shipment operations across Self Ship, Ekart, and FBF (Flipkart Fulfillment) models
- Create, update, and optimize product listings and catalogue content for better visibility and conversion
- Plan and execute Flipkart advertisement campaigns (Flipkart Ads) to drive sales and ROI
- Monitor account performance metrics — RTO, NDR, SLA breaches, and customer ratings — and take corrective action
- Coordinate with internal warehouse/inventory teams to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch
- Handle pricing, promotions, and deal participation on the Flipkart platform
- Supervise and guide junior executives handling similar accounts, ensuring quality and timely task completion
- Prepare regular MIS/reports on sales, returns, and account performance for management review
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience managing Flipkart seller accounts (mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub
- Practical understanding of Self Ship, Ekart, and FBF shipment processes
- Experience in listing & catalogue management
- Working knowledge of Flipkart advertisement tools
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in an e-commerce SPN, seller support agency, or similar account management role
