This is an on site position from our khar office in Bandra West. Candidate is expected to come to office every day (weekly offs provided)
We are seeking a skilled Customer service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and clients, handling incoming calls from customers regarding our products and services, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can effectively convey information and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads.
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide information about products and services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Maintain a polite and professional telephone manner.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
