We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React, Python, and Java to build and maintain AI-driven applications and internal ERP systems for our BPM company.
Key Requirements
3+ years of full stack development experience
Strong hands-on experience with React.js
Backend development using Python and/or Java
Proven experience in API development & integration
Experience building AI-based applications
Good understanding of LLMs / SLMs and AI workflows
Experience developing ERP systems
Strong database skills in PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB
Nice to Have
Experience with automation, workflows, or CRM/BPO systems
Knowledge of cloud platforms and scalable architectures
