Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential experience partners, vendors, and brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in partnership negotiations and onboarding.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.
- Track sales pipelines and maintain CRM records.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive partner success.
- Support revenue growth initiatives and expansion strategies.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and client interactions.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools is a plus.
