Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Administrator with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), specifically with the CyberArk suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administration, implementation, onboarding, maintenance, and support of CyberArk infrastructure and privileged account security solutions across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the CyberArk environment including:
o Enterprise Password Vault (EPV)
o Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
o Central Policy Manager (CPM)
o Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
o Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA)
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting of CyberArk components.
- Onboard privileged accounts, servers, databases, applications, and network devices into CyberArk.
- Configure safes, platforms, policies, and access controls based on security requirements.
- Integrate CyberArk with directories such as Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP.
- Implement password rotation and session management policies.
- Work with application teams for account onboarding and credential management.
- Monitor CyberArk infrastructure health, logs, and security events.
- Perform DR setup, backup, restore, and high-availability configurations.
- Support audits, compliance activities, and security assessments.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with: EPV, PVWA, CPM, and PSM Safe design, platform configuration, and account onboarding CyberArk deployment and environment setup
- Proven experience in configuring remote access for third-party vendors PSM jump server setup Session monitoring and recording Secure access workflows
- Strong understanding of: Privileged Access Management (PAM) Least privilege and Zero Trust security models
- Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to PSMP (SSH-based privileged access)
- Knowledge of CyberArk tools like AAM / EPM
- Scripting skills (PowerShell / Shell)
- Familiarity with SIEM/log monitoring integrations
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
