Job Summary
VC InMotions Private Limited is looking for a creative, AI-native content professional who can combine AI-powered content creation, video editing, and graphic design to produce engaging digital content across platforms.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands internet culture, social media trends, storytelling, and modern AI workflows — and can turn ideas into high-quality videos and visual creatives quickly and efficiently.
The candidate will also create content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Powered Content Creation
· Use AI tools to generate scripts, visuals, voiceovers, thumbnails, captions, and creative concepts
· Create short-form and long-form content using AI-assisted production workflows
· Experiment with emerging AI tools to improve content quality and production speed
· Develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand and campaign goals
2. Video Editing
· Edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, podcasts, explainers, and branded storytelling
· Add subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects
· Optimize videos for platform-specific formats including Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
· Maintain strong storytelling, pacing, and audience retention throughout edits
· Repurpose existing content into multiple video formats
3. Graphic Design
- Create visually compelling graphics for social media, ads, presentations, thumbnails, and marketing campaigns
- Design branded creatives aligned with the company’s visual identity
- Develop engaging thumbnails and promotional assets optimized for clicks and engagement
- Create motion graphics, overlays, and supporting visual assets for video content
- Ensure consistency in visual branding across all digital platforms
4. Content Strategy & Collaboration
- Stay updated with trends in AI tools, creator economy, social media, and digital storytelling
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize creatives based on engagement insights
- Contribute creative ideas for audience growth and brand visibility
Required Skills
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Coreldraw
- Figma
- Experience using AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Midjourney / Flux / Runway
- ElevenLabs
- HeyGen / Synthesia
- Descript
- Strong understanding of:
- Storytelling and content hooks
- Social media content formats
- Typography, layouts, and branding
- Audience engagement and retention
- Visual aesthetics and internet culture
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in content creation, video editing, graphic design, or creator/media roles
- Portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design, and AI-generated content
- Familiarity with startup, SaaS, tech, or creator economy content
- Basic animation and motion graphics experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
