About Bonntonn Gourmet
Bonntonn Gourmet is a premium chocolate, dessert, and luxury gifting brand based in Kolkata, specialising in curated gifting experiences, festive hampers, corporate orders, and luxury dessert creations.
We are looking for a proactive and communication-driven Marketing & Sales Intern who is interested in business development, client outreach, and premium brand marketing. This internship offers direct exposure to corporate gifting, customer engagement, sales coordination, and real-world marketing operations.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, research, communication, and relationship-building within the luxury and hospitality segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build a prospect database of corporates, event planners, wedding vendors, and gifting clients across Kolkata
- Assist in preparing proposals, gifting catalogues, presentations, and pitch decks
- Follow up on leads and maintain CRM trackers using Reelo or Excel
- Support WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, outreach communication, and customer engagement activities
- Coordinate with the content and graphics teams for promotional and campaign materials
- Assist during pop-ups, exhibitions, festive events, and trade presentations as required
- Support the sales and leadership teams with reporting, lead tracking, and client coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing BBA, MBA (Marketing), BMS, or a related programme
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Comfortable with client outreach through email, WhatsApp, and phone communication
- Confident, self-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of branding, marketing, and customer engagement
- Organised and comfortable maintaining trackers and follow-up records
- Strong academic background preferred
- Must be available for 5 hours per day during the internship period
