We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR operations while gaining practical exposure to corporate HR functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in drafting emails, offer letters, and HR communications.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
- Help in employee engagement and team activities.
- Perform administrative and operational HR duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a professional environment.
