Somatheeram Ayurvedic Hospital & Yoga Centre invites applications for the position of Guest Relations Officer (GRO). We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented professionals to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a world-class Ayurvedic wellness resort.
Guest Relations Officer (GRO) is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure. The role involves welcoming guests, facilitating smooth check-in and check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, coordinating VIP arrivals, and ensuring a personalized guest experience. The GRO maintains accurate guest records, room allocations, occupancy information, and guest preferences while coordinating closely with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations. The position requires providing information about the resort, facilities, services, and local attractions, collecting guest feedback, maintaining guest valuables securely, and supporting basic cashiering functions when required. The incumbent must uphold the highest standards of grooming, professionalism, hospitality, and confidentiality while demonstrating strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude, attention to detail, flexibility to work shifts, and a commitment to continuous learning and guest satisfaction are essential for success in this role.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
