The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Logistics Manager who can own, build, and scale our logistics and warehouse operations from the ground up.
This is not a routine operations role — you’ll be driving systems, solving real-time challenges, and creating efficient, scalable processes.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end import & export operations with speed and compliance
- Third-country shipments and complex documentation
- Customs clearance coordination with CHA and partners
- ADC NOC process – application, tracking, and closure
- Freight forwarder selection based on cost, speed, and reliability
- Warehouse & dispatch operations with zero-error execution
- Real-time shipment tracking, MIS, and process visibility
- Building lean, scalable logistics systems from scratch
Compliance & Control
- ADC NOC records & tracking
- FSSAI & Drug License (20B/21B) renewals
- Plastic Waste Management compliance
- Insurance renewals and documentation
Who You Are
- 4–8 years in pharma logistics / import-export
- Strong grip on customs, ADC, and regulatory processes
- Comfortable working with CHA, forwarders, and multiple stakeholders
- Problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity
- Execution-focused with strong ownership mindset
- Advanced Excel & reporting skills
- Based in or around Thane.
