- Policy Sales: Explain coverage options (e.g., bumper-to-bumper, zero depreciation) to new car buyers.
- Renewals: Contact existing customers to process policy renewals before expiration.
- Claims Assistance: Act as a liaison between the customer, surveyor, and insurance company in the event of an accident or repair.
- Lead Management: Follow up on leads and accurately update CRM systems with customer interactions.
- Target Achievement: Meet branch-level goals for insurance penetration and revenue
