Job Description
FABO Global IT Services is looking for an experienced CAE Process Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CAE process automation, scripting, and virtual simulation tools to improve engineering workflows, productivity, and model quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop automation tools and techniques to improve the speed, quality, and robustness of virtual CAE models.
- Design and implement automation solutions for new and existing CAE processes to reduce turnaround time and improve engineering efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support engineering method reviews and contribute innovative automation ideas.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with HyperMesh, HyperView, and HyperGraph.
- Working knowledge of ANSA, 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), and Teamcenter.
- Strong programming skills in TCL/TK, Python, and Excel VBA.
- Experience in CAE process automation, customization, and implementation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility
- Qualification: BE / ME
- Experience: 2–5 years in CAE Automation/Simulation.
- Location Preference: Candidates from Tamil Nadu only.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
