Job Overview
Caratbazaar is hiring a Retail Sales Executive to manage showroom sales and assist customers in selecting jewellery. The candidate should be confident, presentable and able to communicate clearly with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers in the showroom and help them choose jewellery.
- Explain product details including lab-grown diamonds, moissanite jewellery and pricing.
- Provide a professional and premium customer experience.
- Manage product display and maintain showroom presentation.
- Handle billing support, order coordination and customer inquiries.
- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales or jewellery showroom sales preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and customer-focused personality.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a showroom environment.
