- Expertise in Siemens/Honeywell Control System, or Expertise in any other make.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative, environment is essential, Lighting Control, Energy and ICT systems knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Experience and expertise in HVAC, Illumination, Plumbing and Water, Elevators, Electrical Usage, Air Quality, Chiller Plant, Tenant Override, etc related to BMS System
- Need to handle independently the project from kick off meeting to project Handover system which include Scope definition, Project Documentation, PLC / SCADA Development, Panel Manufacturing Coordination, FAT, Site installation and commissioning etc.
- Trouble shooting Knowledge in VFD (ABB, AB, Siemens drives)
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office like (Microsoft Visio, outlook, PowerPoint, excel) will be mandatary.
- Prepare BOM & Electrical Design, Familiar with PLC drawings, MCC (control Panels), E-Plan Electrical Knowledge.
- Knowledge of networking protocols like (Modbus, BACNET, Profinet, Ethernet IP, TCP IP, Recommended Standard (RS-232, RS- 422, and RS-485))
- Certifications of different like Siemens, Honeywell, ALLEN BRADLEY, Mitsubishi, EasyIEP, etc. would be appreciated.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
