Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Tamil and Telugu to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- 0 to 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Fluency in Tamil and Telugu (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of bill payments, mobile recharges, and digital payment services.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone calls, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding the platform, products, and services.
- Assist customers with bill payments, recharge-related queries, and account-related concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required.
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation.
