Sales Person – Children's Clothing Showroom
Location: Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable clothing.
- Explain product features, sizes, fabrics, and offers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive product displays.
- Arrange, fold, and replenish stock on shelves.
- Help with inventory counting and stock management.
- Assist in billing and handle cash/POS transactions (if required).
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints politely.
- Maintain a positive shopping experience for every customer.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
- Experience in retail sales preferred (Freshers can also apply).
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
- Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly.
- Willing to learn and work in a team.
- Basic smartphone knowledge.
