- Product Learning: Study metals, gemology, pricing, and craftsmanship under senior mentors.
- Sales Support: Observe senior representatives, assist with transactions, and learn to upsell and close deals.
- Store Maintenance: Keep showcases clean, arrange displays attractively, and ensure stock security.
