Job Summary
Pentoz Restaurant is looking for an energetic and skilled Juice Maker to prepare fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes, and other beverages while ensuring excellent quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh fruit juices, milkshakes, smoothies, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the juice counter and equipment.
- Check the quality and freshness of fruits and ingredients before use.
- Manage stock of fruits, syrups, ice cream, and other beverage ingredients.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and reporting stock requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Juice Maker or Beverage Maker.
- Knowledge of preparing fresh juices, shakes, smoothies, and mocktails.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Team-oriented and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or juice bars.
- Basic knowledge of fruit handling and beverage presentation.
- Ability to create new juice and mocktail combinations.
