Job Description: OT Developer – Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5 - 8 Years)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced OT Developer to join our team as Lead Programmer Analyst.
As an OT Developer, you will play a critical role in the development and management of production tools and operational technology (OT) applications. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design and implementation of tools for key production processes. You will collaborate closely with internal clients to analyze requests, define technical specifications, and deliver tailored solutions.
In addition, you will manage workflow IT processes for change requests, utilize ServiceNow for incident management, and provide operational support through troubleshooting and on-duty calls. With a balanced focus on technical development, client interaction, and operational excellence, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of production systems and ensure alignment with business needs.
This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Strong business analysis skills with both technical and functional expertise.

Full-stack development experience with C++ and C# .NET and SQL.

Skilled in DevOps practices such as CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, YAML, Kubernetes.

Guarantor of unit and integration testing, ensuring the quality and reliability of deliveries.

Strong background in documentation and knowledge base maintenance.

Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Familiar with incident management tools such as ServiceNow.

Knowledgeable in Operational Technology (OT) systems and networks within industrial environments.

Knowledge of specific production processes (coupling, tinning, continuous annealing, and rolling mill, logistics, stock yards) or eager to learn rapidly.

Proficient in VMS, VAX, and ITANIUM environments is a plus or ability to learn rapidly

Experience in FORTRAN 77 and Oracle RDB 7.2 for OpenVMS.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Production Tool Development and Management:
- Oversee the development and management of production tools made for coupling, tinning, continuous annealing, rolling mill, logistics, stock yards
Workflow and Incident Management:
- Manage workflow IT processes for change requests.

Handle operational activities, including incident management (ServiceNow), troubleshooting, on-duty calls
Client Collaboration and Request Analysis:
- Conduct request analysis with internal clients (on-site)

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
Technical Specification and Development:
- Draft and describe technical specifications
- Develop OT (Operational Technology) applications for industrial sites
