Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects efficiently while ensuring timely completion, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and project management tools, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning using Jira.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous process improvement.
- Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, design, and business teams.
- Track project metrics and prepare regular progress reports.
Required Skills:
- 5–7 years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira.
- Experience managing Agile software development projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrum Master or Agile certification (preferred).
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Familiarity with project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
