Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain minutes of meetings.
- Strong follow-up and tracking skills.
- Coordinate with various departments, send reminders and follow up with responsible person.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations for management
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Assist in project coordination and follow up on tasks across teams.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Support management with administrative and operational activities.
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong proficiency in English.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
