About the Role
IAMA Designers & Developers LLP is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager / Project Coordination Head to manage and coordinate interior and architectural projects from design finalization to successful handover.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong project coordination, client handling, documentation, and execution management experience within architecture or interior consultancy firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects from design approval to project completion
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, clients, and internal teams
- Prepare project schedules, execution timelines, and project updates
- Ensure proper execution as per approved drawings and quality standards
- Conduct regular review meetings with project/site teams
- Monitor project progress, documentation, audit reports, and drawing coordination
- Assist in contractor coordination, BOQ reviews, and project billing follow-ups
- Ensure timely project completion and departmental target achievement
- Maintain proper reporting and communication with clients and management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management within architecture/interior consultancy firms
- Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills
- Good knowledge of interior execution processes, drawings, BOQ, and project documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and project coordination tools is preferred
