Role: Senior Salesforce Lead Developer / Consultant
Experience: 8+ Years
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Billing: ₹8,000 per day
Mode of Work: Remote (1–2 days Work From Office per month)

Job Responsibilities
Act as both a hands-on technical expert and a trusted client advisor for Salesforce-related development.
Design and develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or CPQ.
Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design, and sprint delivery.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
Manage deployments using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD tools.
Communicate project status and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and declarative tools (Flow & Validation Rules).
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification (Mandatory).
Experience with Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and Sandbox Management.
Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
