Job Description
Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

Supervise a team of Security Officers and Controllers, ensuring adherence to procedures, policies and legal requirements including the Data Protection Act and Health and Safety at Work Act

Provide operational support and act as a point of contact after hours as needed, taking the lead during incidents and ensuring effective management and escalation of emergencies

Respond to incidents in back-of-house areas and manage alarm activations effectively

Ensure effective execution of duties such as patrols, CCTV monitoring and emergency response

Immediately inform emergency services during major incidents, contact relevant managements representatives, and take necessary actions per assignment instructions

Coordinate daily post rotations, including task assignments and breaks. Conduct regular visits to posts to monitor performance and welfare

Plan and deliver activities and services to specified standards to meet expectations
