Role Overview
AMEC Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive technical hiring across engineering, manufacturing, EV technology, and creative domains. This role is critical in building high-performing teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for specialized positions. You will work closely with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment for strategic roles such as Embedded Hardware Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Power Electronics Engineer, Battery Testing Engineer, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Social Media Manager, UI/UX Designer, and other key positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interview rounds
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate follow-up
- Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and final selection
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Work on employer branding and recruitment strategy improvement
- Build strong candidate pipelines for urgent and future hiring needs Support hiring process optimization and recruitment planning

Requirements
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of technical hiring, especially for engineering and product-based roles
- Experience in hiring candidates from Electronics, Embedded Systems, Power Electronics, Battery Technology, and creative profiles
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and sourcing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
