Talent Acquisition Associate
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Associate to support our hiring efforts across various business functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while helping the organization attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across business functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, offer rollouts, and onboarding formalities.
- Manage job postings across various recruitment platforms and channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and position closure rates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to attract quality talent.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Staffing, or HR.
- Experience hiring for Sales, Customer Support, Operations, Business Development, or other non-tech roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
