About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Outlet Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium café/restaurant outlet in Koramangala, Bengaluru.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading outlet teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining profitability, and coordinating across departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations
- Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service execution.
- Monitor requisitions, wastage, and inventory on a daily basis.
- Ensure outlet maintenance and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.
Team Management
- Prepare weekly staff rosters and manage manpower efficiently.
- Lead, coach, and train Front of House teams on service standards and product knowledge.
- Monitor staff performance, productivity, and retention.
- Coordinate with HR and senior management on staffing requirements.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily operational and financial MIS reports.
- Track sales, cash handling, receivables, and inventory.
- Assist with monthly inventory valuation and store P&L reporting.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation and compliance records.
Sales & Performance
- Drive outlet revenue and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor KPIs including wastage, productivity, and profitability.
- Support execution of promotions and marketing initiatives within the outlet.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
Requirements
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience managing restaurant or café operations.
- Experience leading outlet teams in premium hospitality, café, QSR, or restaurant brands.
- Strong understanding of outlet operations, inventory management, and team scheduling.
- Experience handling sales reporting, operational MIS, and basic P&L.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Preferred
- Experience managing multiple restaurant or café outlets.
- Knowledge of backend restaurant systems and operational reporting.
- Experience with budgeting and financial planning.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
