Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing through job portals & social media
- Screening & shortlisting candidates
- Interview scheduling & coordination
- Daily follow-up with candidates
- Maintaining recruitment reports & hiring data
- Achieving hiring targets within timelines
Trial Period:
7 Days Trial Period
During the trial period, the candidate must successfully recruit 12–15 candidates.

- Good Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Target-Oriented Working (Daily 4–5 Profiles)
