Experience: 3+ Years
Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical or related field)
About the Role
We are looking for a Site Engineer to execute and manage HVAC project activities at customer sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate site execution, ensure quality and safety standards, and deliver projects within the agreed timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned HVAC project/site activities.
- Plan and coordinate site execution, manpower, machines, and materials.
- Operate execution equipment whenever required.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper housekeeping at the site.
- Prepare and submit technical, statutory, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely project execution and satisfaction.
- Complete projects within budget and agreed timelines.
- Troubleshoot site-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper working condition.
- Work closely with the reporting manager to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of site execution experience.
- Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred.
- Experience handling industrial projects and service activities.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
