Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resource activities. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee record management, onboarding, attendance tracking, and other HR administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and candidate screening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction processes.
- Monitor attendance and leave records.
- Assist with employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain data accuracy.
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources and Finance.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
