1. Greet and assist customers professionally
2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
3. Achieve individual sales targets
4. Demonstrate product features, pricing, and offers clearly
5. Maintain proper display and cleanliness of assigned counter
6. Handle billing and payment processes accurately
7. Maintain stock records for the counter
8. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
9. Follow company grooming and behavior standards
10. Support inventory checks and stock audits
11. Collect customer feedback and report to Floor Manager
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
