Job Summary:
Dfly Institute is hiring a dynamic and result-driven Counsellor to guide students for careers in the aviation industry. The role involves handling student enquiries, conducting counselling sessions, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 3–4 counselling sessions daily (online & offline)
- Provide counselling to students regarding aviation and cabin crew courses
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
- Maintain student records and counselling data
- Achieve assigned admission targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and counselling skills
- Presentable personality
- Interest in the aviation industry
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Working Details:
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
