We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Import Export Executive with 5–10 years of experience in handling end-to-end import and export operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing foreign remittances, customs documentation, CHA coordination, regulatory compliance, material movement, and closure of export documentation with banks in accordance with customs and foreign exchange regulations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Foreign Remittance & Banking Operations
- Coordinate foreign remittance processes from initiation to closure.
- Ensure timely submission and closure of export documents with banks.
- Liaise with banks for documentation related to inward and outward remittances.
- Monitor and reconcile export proceeds realization.
2. Customs Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and verify export/import documentation including:
- Bill of Lading (BL)
- Bill of Entry (BE)
- Airway Bill (AWB)
- Generate E-way Bills as per regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of Customs Acts, sections, and trade compliance regulations.
- Handle and respond to Show Cause Notices issued by Customs authorities.
3. Coordination with CHA (Custom House Agent)
- Coordinate with CHA for clearance of import and export shipments.
- Provide accurate documentation and ensure timely customs clearance.
- Follow up on shipment status and resolve clearance-related issues.
4. Material Handling & Shipment Management
- Coordinate material pick-ups and shipment scheduling.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of goods movement.
- Maintain shipment records and logistics coordination.
5. Regulatory & Documentation Compliance
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and FEMA regulations.
- Maintain updated records of all import/export transactions.
- Support audits and internal compliance checks.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Import & Export procedures.
- Understanding of Customs regulations and sections.
- Experience in handling Show Cause Notices.
- Familiarity with FEMA regulations and banking procedures.
- Hands-on experience with BL, BE, AWB documentation.
- Experience in generating E-way Bills.
- Knowledge of foreign remittance processing.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with CHA and banks.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (if applicable).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
