- Lead and manage a team of sales executives/telecallers.
- Drive team sales targets and productivity.
- Monitor performance, call quality, and daily MIS.
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure service quality.
Requirements:
- 1–6 years of experience in Life Insurance.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, leadership, and target-driven approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
