✅ Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and follow-ups.
✅ Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
✅ Convert leads into successful admissions by achieving monthly targets.
✅ Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
✅ Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.
