Job Description – Warehouse Executive / Officer (Pharmaceutical)
We are hiring a Warehouse Executive / Officer for our pharmaceutical unit. Candidate must have experience in handling warehouse operations as per GMP guidelines and inventory control systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in receipt, storage, dispensing, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Knowledge of GRN, stock entry, material issuance, and reconciliation.
- Understanding of FIFO / FEFO and proper material handling practices.
- Experience in maintaining warehouse documentation, logbooks, and inventory records.
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and safety practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to handle line clearance, status labeling, and segregation of materials.
- Familiarity with ERP systems / inventory software will be an added advantage.
- Capability to coordinate with QA, QC, and Production departments.
Qualification:
B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Com / Any Graduate or relevant background.
Experience:
2 to 5 years in pharmaceutical warehouse/store.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,249.46 per month
