Job Title: Fabrication Supervisor
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to supervise and manage day-to-day fabrication activities. The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of welding, fabrication, production, quality and team handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily fabrication and welding activities.
Manage and guide Welders, Fabricators and Helpers.
Must have good practical knowledge of Arc Welding, MIG Welding and TIG Welding.
Knowledge of Gas Cutting, Plasma Cutting, Grinding, Drilling and related fabrication processes.
Read and understand fabrication drawings, dimensions and welding symbols.
Ensure fabrication work is completed as per drawing, measurement and quality standards.
Check weld quality, joint alignment, dimensions and finishing.
Plan manpower and allocate work according to production requirements.
Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely completion.
Identify and resolve fabrication/welding-related issues.
Ensure proper use of welding machines, tools and measuring instruments.
Maintain workplace safety and 5S standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and other departments.
Prepare and maintain daily production/work reports.
Required Skills:
Strong Welding & Fabrication Knowledge – Mandatory ✅
MIG / TIG / Arc Welding knowledge
Gas & Plasma Cutting knowledge
Fabrication Drawing Reading
Measuring Instruments knowledge
Weld Quality Inspection
Manpower / Team Handling
Production Planning & Monitoring
Safety awareness
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Fabrication preferred
Experience: 3–7 years in Fabrication & Welding
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
