Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating designs for print and digital media.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, signage, and social media creatives.
- Prepare artwork files for printing and production.
- Create and edit vector illustrations, logos, and branding materials.
- Support the design team in developing creative concepts and layouts.
- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and client requirements.
- Retouch and enhance images for various marketing and advertising purposes.
- Coordinate with production and marketing teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices.
Required Skills:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of image editing, vector graphics, and print production processes.
- Ability to create visually appealing and professional designs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn new design software and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma, Degree, or Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, or video editing software is an added advantage.
- Understanding of large-format printing, signage design, and branding materials is preferred.
