Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute civil and interior finishing works as per project timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare quantity estimates (BOQ) and perform quantity surveying for project requirements.
- Handle procurement and purchasing of building finishing materials by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor material consumption, site progress, and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Prepare project reports, measurements, and documentation using MS Office.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in civil construction, interior fit-outs, or building finishing projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and BOQ preparation.
- Experience in purchasing and procurement of building finishing materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within project deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
