Working Hours
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or Sales will be preferred.
Experience Required
Executive: 2–4 years of experience in HoReCa / FMCG / Food Service Sales.
Senior Executive: 4–7 years of experience in Gourmet / Food Service / Institutional Sales.
CTC Range- ₹4 LPA – ₹5 LPA
Maximum Monthly Net Take Home: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional for our Gourmet Division to manage and expand the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering) business. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, increasing product placements, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent market coverage within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage HoReCa customers including Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, QSRs, Caterers, and Institutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Gourmet products.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits, product presentations, and sampling activities with chefs and purchase teams.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including Chefs, Purchase Managers, F&B Managers, and Owners.
- Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and secondary sales growth.
- Coordinate with distributors for order execution, stock availability, and collections.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare daily sales reports, market feedback, and customer visit reports.
- Ensure timely collection and outstanding control from customers.
- Support product launches and promotional activities in the market.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in HoReCa / Food Service / Gourmet Sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Gourmet Food Products, Imported Foods, Dairy, Cheese, Frozen Foods, Sauces, Condiments, Bakery, or Culinary Solutions.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good market knowledge and customer network in HoReCa segment will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
