Position: Marketing Manager – Solar Power
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Marketing / Sales (B2B segment preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B clients including:
- Solar installers
- EPC contractors
- Distributors & dealers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 1–5+ years of experience in:
- B2B sales
- Solar / electrical / industrial products (preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Experience in solar distribution or EPC sales
- Existing network of dealers, installers, or contractors
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue generation
- New client acquisition
- Dealer/distributor network expansion
- Conversion rate of leads
- Customer retention
Salary: Commensurate with experience + attractive incentives on performance.
