Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods or materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain the storeroom for efficient access and retrieval.
- Issuing and Receiving:
- Issue materials or products as per requisitions.
- Record and document all materials issued and received.
- Inspect received items for quality and quantity, ensuring they meet specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and other departments for timely deliveries.
- Documentation:
- Keep detailed records of all transactions, including receipts and issues.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant data.
- Ensure documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect and verify the quality of incoming goods.
- Report and document any damaged or defective items.
- Implement and follow quality control procedures for stored items.
- Organization and Maintenance:
- Ensure the storeroom is organized and clean.
- Implement proper storage techniques to maximize space and accessibility.
- Monitor and report any issues with storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity).
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety standards and guidelines in the storeroom.
- Comply with regulations and policies related to storage and handling of materials.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with other departments, suppliers, and team members.
- Provide information on stock availability and delivery schedules.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensure that equipment used in the storeroom, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, is well-maintained and in good working condition.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged or missing items.
- Training and Development:
- Stay informed about new products, materials, and storage methods.
- Provide training to new employees on storeroom procedures and policies.

- Unpacking and stocking merchandise
- Keeping track of inventory
- Handling customer inquiries and requests
- Assisting with store operations as needed
- Assist with unloading and stocking merchandise in the storeroom.
- Ensure all items are properly stored.
- Maintain inventory levels and reorder merchandise.
- Clean the storeroom and surrounding areas daily.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
